基于大数据的东南亚地区“中文+”人才的社会需求分析

Social Demand Analysis for“Chinese+”Talents in Southeast Asia Based on Big Data

本研究采用网络爬虫和数据库技术,抓取东南亚地区主要招聘网站发布的1.4万余条“中文+”人才招聘广告进行分析。结果表明:东南亚地区对“中文+”人才的需求主要是在商务服务业、批发和零售业、金融业等行业;最主要的岗位需求为销售、财务、客户服务等岗位;东南亚地区人才市场急需明确的对“中文+”人才语言能力评估的标准;当地社会对“中文+”人才的专业性要求高,单一语言技能型的中文人才将无法满足社会需求。当前全球“中文+”人才的培养规划急需从工具型走向专业型,培养具备专业技能的“中文+”人才将更符合海外本土市场的需求。基于上述调查结果,本研究对东南亚地区“中文+”教育的发展提出建议:完善区域“中文+”复合型中文教育模式,建设区域“中文+”复合型人才评价体系,建立区域“中文+职业技能”教育基地。

This study uses web crawlers and database technology to analyze more than 14,000“Chinese+”talent recruitment advertisements posted on major job boards in Southeast Asia.The results show that the demand for“Chinese+”talents in Southeast Asia is mainly in the business service,wholesale and retail,finance and other industries;the most in-demand positions are sales,finance,customer service,and so on.The local job market urgently needs clear standards for evaluating the language abilities of“Chinese+”talents.The local society also has strong requirements for the professionalism of“Chinese+”talents,and those with only single language skills in“Chinese”will not meet social demand.Currently,the training plan for global“Chinese+”talents needs to shift from a single discipline training to an inter-disciplinary one.Developing“Chinese+”talents with professional skills will better meet the needs of the local market in Southeast Asia.Based on the above survey results,this study proposes the following suggestions for the development of“Chinese+”education in Southeast Asia:improve the regional“Chinese+”compound Chinese educational model;establish a regional“Chinese+”compound talent evaluation system;and establish regional“Chinese+Vocational Skills”education base.
