摘要
轮状病毒是一种肠道病毒,其导致腹泻的机制十分复杂,目前尚无特效药治疗。近年来的研究表明,5-羟色胺在轮状病毒腹泻中发挥了重大作用。通过调控5-羟色胺的表达及其影响的肠神经系统和肠上皮屏障功能,可以有效减轻轮状病毒腹泻症状。目前有关5-羟色胺与轮状病毒腹泻的关系尚未进行系统整理。本综述结合最新相关研究,为抗轮状病毒新药的研发提供理论依据,以期更准确地指导于临床治疗。
Rotavirus is a kind of enterovirus,the mechanism of which causes diarrhea is very complicated,and there is no specific drug to treat it.Recent studies have shown that 5-hydroxytryptamine plays a major role in rotavirus diarrhea.By modulating the expression of 5-hydroxytryptamine and the function of the enteric nervous system and intestinal epithelial barrier that it affects,the symptoms of rotavirus diarrhea can be effectively reduced.The relationship between 5-hydroxy tryptamine and rotavirus diarrhea has not been systematically organized.This review combines the latest relevant studies to provide a theoretical basis for the development of new anti-rotavirus drugs,with the aim of guiding clinical treatment more accurately.
