基于医学院校双创背景下专业文化建设的实践进路探讨

Exploration on the practical approach of professional culture construction under the background of mass entrepreneurship and innovation in medical colleges and universities

发展创新创业教育已成为我国高等教育综合改革的主要目标之一,探索适宜的“双创”教育与医学专业文化建设结合的新道路,对推进发展医学院校的双创教育有着重大意义。本文着重论述了双创背景下医学院校构建专业文化体系的重要性,并主张以专业文化为载体,通过明确人才培养目标、激发学生创新创业意识、健全教学评估体系、构建全面师资队伍为路径,培养出具有崇高理想信念,医德品行、全心全意为人民服务的创新型医学人才。

The development of innovation and entrepreneurship education has become one of the main goals of the comprehensive reform of higher education in China.It is of great significance to promote the development of entrepreneurship and innovation education in medical colleges and universities to explore a suitable new road combining“entrepreneurship and innovation”education with the construction of medical professional culture.This paper focuses on the importance of constructing a professional culture system in medical colleges and universities under the background of entrepreneurship and innovation,and advocates taking professional culture as the carrier,cultivating innovative medical talents with lofty ideals and beliefs,medical ethics,and serving the people wholeheartedly through the path of clarifying talent training objectives,stimulating students’awareness of innovation and entrepreneurship,perfecting teaching evaluation system,and building a comprehensive teaching staff.
