中药热敷护理对结肠镜围检查期患者舒适度和满意度的影响

Effect of traditional Chinese medicine hot compress nursing on comfort and satisfaction of patients during colonoscopy

目的探讨中药热敷护理对结肠镜围检查期患者舒适度和满意度的影响。方法选取2022年3月至5月中国中医科学院望京医院预行结肠镜检查的患者168例,采用随机数字表法将其分为观察组和对照组,每组84例。对照组接受普通结肠镜常规护理,观察组在常规护理的基础上,于结肠镜检查操作前给予中药热敷护理。采用结肠镜检查中腹痛、腹胀程度总分评价中药热敷护理对结肠镜检查过程中腹痛、腹胀的缓解效果。在结肠镜检查前后,采用状态-特质焦虑问卷中的状态-特质-焦虑量表(STAI)评价中药热敷护理对患者情绪状态的影响,并采用满意度评分调查患者对中药热敷护理的接受度、结肠镜体验满意度、再次接受结肠镜的意愿。结果观察组结肠镜检查过程中腹痛、腹胀程度总评分低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。检查后,两组S-AI评分低于检查前,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。检查后,两组S-AI评分比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。两组结肠镜体验满意度、再次结肠镜检查的接受度评分比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。两组检查前后心率、血压、脉搏、呼吸均无明显异常。两组均未见其他不良反应。结论中药热敷护理能够缓解结肠镜围检查期腹痛腹胀症状,一定程度上提高了检查舒适度和患者满意度,患者接受度较高,值得临床推广应用。

Objective To explore the influence of traditional Chinese medicine hot compress nursing on comfort level and satisfaction of patients during colonoscopy.Methods A total of 168 patients who underwent colonoscopy in Wangjing Hospital of China Academy of Chinese Medical Sciences from March to May 2022 were selected and divided into observation group and control group by random number table method,with 84 patients in each group.The control group received routine colonoscopy nursing,while the observation group was given traditional Chinese medicine hot compress nursingbefore colonoscopy operation on the basis of routine nursing.The total score of abdominal pain and abdominal distension in colonoscopy was used to evaluate the relieving effect of traditional Chinese medicine hot compress nursing on abdominal pain and abdominal distension during colonoscopy.Before and after colonoscopy,the state-trait anxiety inventory(STAI)in the state-trait anxiety questionnaire was used to evaluate the influence of traditional Chinese medicine hot compress nursing on the emotional state of patients,and the satisfaction score was used to investigate the acceptance of traditional Chinese medicine hot compress nursing,the satisfaction of colonoscopy experience,and the willingness to accept colonoscopy again.Results The total score of abdominal pain and abdominal distension in the observation group were lower than those in the control group during colonoscopy,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).After detection,S-AI scores of the two groups were lower than those before detection,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).After detection,there was no significant difference in S-AI score between the two groups(P>0.05).There were no significant differences in the satisfaction of colonoscopy experience and the acceptance score of re-colonoscopy between the two groups(P>0.05).There were no obvious abnormalities in heart rate,blood pressure,pulse and respiration in both groups before and after intervention.No other adverse reactions were observed in the two groups.Conclusion Traditional Chinese medicine hot compress nursing can relieve abdominal pain and abdominal distension during colonoscopy,improve the examination comfort and patient satisfaction to a certain extent,and the patient acceptance is high,worthy of clinical application.
