miRNA在乳腺癌对多柔比星耐药机制的研究进展

摘要 乳腺癌是女性最常见的恶性肿瘤之一,化疗是乳腺癌的重要治疗手段,多柔比星是临床应用最广泛的乳腺癌一线化疗药物之一,但因临床应用广泛,也使越来越多患者对多柔比星化疗耐药,探究乳腺癌耐药机制现已成为研究热点。微小RNA(miRNA)则是长度约为22 nt的内源性短链RNA,研究显示多种miRNA与乳腺癌发生、侵袭转移及多药耐药密切相关,但参与乳腺癌多柔比星耐药性产生的多种miRNA在此过程中发挥作用的具体机制存在差异,不同的miRNA通过多种信号通路直接或间接对乳腺癌的多柔比星耐药性产生影响。miRNA现已成为逆转乳腺癌多柔比星化疗耐药的关键,在预测多柔比星疗效、预防多柔比星耐药形成及预测患者预后等方面具有重要价值。本文拟对miRNAs在乳腺癌多柔比星耐药中的作用进行阐述。 Breast cancer is one of the most common malignant tumors in women,and chemotherapy is an important treatment for breast cancer.Doxorubicin is a first-line chemotherapy drug for breast cancer with extensive clinical application.However,due to its extensive clinical application,more and more patients are resistant to Doxorubicin chemotherapy.Therefore,it has become a research hotspot to explore the mechanism of drug resistance of breast cancer.MiRNA is an endogenous short strand RNA with a length of about 22 nt.Studies have shown that a variety of miRNA are closely related to the occurrence,invasion,metastasis and multi-drug resistance of breast cancer.But there are differences in the specific mechanisms of various miRNAs involved in the development of Doxorubicin resistance in breast cancer.Different miRNAs directly or indirectly affect the Doxorubicin resistance of breast cancer through a variety of signaling pathways.MiRNA has now become the key to reverse the resistance to Doxorubicin chemotherapy in breast cancer,and plays an important role in predicting the efficacy of Doxorubicin,preventing the formation of Doxorubicin resistance,and predicting the prognosis of patients.This paper describes the role of miRNAs in Doxorubicin resistance.
