炎症性肠病多学科共建下慢病优化管理的实施

Implementation of optimal management of chronic disease under the multidisciplinary construction of inflammatory bowel disease

近年来,炎症性肠病(IBD)的发病率逐步升高,该病有难治愈、易反复、致残率高等特点。我国对该病的全程化管理和治疗还处于探讨和优化阶段。福建中医药大学附属第二人民医院脾胃病科炎症性肠病专病团队在国医大师杨春波的带领下,在长期的临床实践中形成了具有中西医结合特色、以疾病诊疗指南为指导、多学科共建的全病程化管理模式。现将福建中医药大学附属第二人民医院脾胃病科在该疾病管理中的多学科建设、质量控制、规范化管理、疗效评价、人文管理等经验进行总结及探讨,旨在为炎症性肠病的全病程管理提供临床参考。

The incidence of inflammatory bowel disease(IBD)has gradually increased in recent years,which is characterized by difficult to cure,easy to repeat,and has a high disability rate.The whole-process management and treatment of this disease in China is still in the stage of discussion and optimization.Under the leadership of Yang Chunbo,a master of traditional Chinese medicine,the inflammatory bowel disease team of the Department of Spleen and Stomach Diseases,the Second People's Hospital Affiliated to Fujian University of Traditional Chinese Medicine has formed a multi-disciplinary management mode with the characteristics of integrated traditional Chinese and western medicine,guided by disease diagnosis and treatment guidelines in long-term clinical practice.The experience of the Department of Spleen and Stomach Diseases,the Second People's Hospital Affiliated to Fujian University of Traditional Chinese Medicine in multidisciplinary construction,quality control,standardized management,efficacy evaluation and humanistic management are summarized and discussed.The aim is to to provide clinical reference for the management of the whole course of inflammatory bowel disease.
