摘要
目的探讨微型摄像机GoPro在鼻整形手术教学中的应用效果。方法选取2021年5月至2022年5月在上海交通大学医学院附属第九人民医院整复外科的40名进修医生作为研究对象,采取抽签法将其随机分为试验组和对照组,各20名。两组的教学内容和手术方式相同,均为耳软骨鼻整形手术。对照组采用传统的手术观摩教学法,进修医生围绕在术者和助手周围观摩学习手术;试验组中,术者通过专用头带将GoPro Hero 4 Silver版摄像机固定于额部,通过GoPro APP连线,录制手术,并且现场教学,进修医生通过iPad屏幕观看学习。分析并比较两组医生的理论成绩和学习满意度。结果试验组医生的理论成绩为(86.06±4.08)分,高于对照组的(81.4±3.96)分,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);试验组的教学总满意度为93.3%,高于对照组的46.7%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论微型摄像机GoPro教学能明显提高进修医生的理论成绩,提升教学满意度,具有一定的推广意义。
Objective To explore the application effect of Mini Camera GoPro Hero 4 in the teaching of rhinoplasty surgery.Methods A total of 40 refresher doctors from Department of Plastic and Reconstructive Surgery of Shanghai Ninth People's Hospital in Shanghai JiaoTong University School of Medicine from May 2021 to May 2022 were selected as the research subjects.They were randomly divided into the experimental group and the control group using lottery method,with 20 cases in each group.The teaching content and surgical methods of the two groups were the same,both of which involved ear cartilage rhinoplasty surgery.The control group was given traditional surgical observation teaching method,where doctors observed and learned surgery around the surgeon and assistants.In the experimental group,the surgeon fixed the GoPro Hero 4 Silver version camera to the forehead through a dedicated headband,connected it through the GoPro APP,recorded the surgery,and taught on-site.The continuing medical practitioner watched and learned through the iPad screen.The theoretical achievement and the degree of learning satisfaction of the two groups of doctors were analyzed and compared.Results The theoretical achievement score of the experimental group was(86.06±4.08)points,which was higher than that of the control group([81.4±3.96]points),and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The degree of total teaching satisfaction of the experimental group was 93.3%,which was higher than that of the control group(46.7%),and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion The Mini Camera GoPro Hero 4 teaching can obviously improve the theoretical achievement of the doctors,improve the teaching satisfaction,has a certain popularization significance.
