童趣诱导结合综合性护理干预在小儿支气管肺炎中的应用效果

Application effect of childlike induction combined with comprehensive nursing in bronchopneumonia children

目的探究童趣诱导结合综合性护理干预在小儿支气管肺炎中的应用效果。方法选取2021年1月至2022年3月新余市妇幼保健院收治的小儿支气管肺炎患儿60例为研究对象,根据随机数字表法分为对照组和观察组,每组30例。对照组给予常规护理,观察组给予童趣诱导结合综合性护理,比较两组患儿临床体征消失时间、治疗依从性及家属满意度。结果观察组患儿的咳嗽、咳痰及肺部啰音等体征消失时间分别为(4.37±1.21)、(2.69±0.75)、(2.41±0.71)d,短于对照组的(6.85±1.34)、(4.55±0.88)、(3.89±0.84)d,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组患儿的治疗依从率为93.33%,高于对照组的70.00%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组患儿的家属满意度评分为(91.34±3.48)分,高于对照组的(82.69±3.71)分,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论童趣诱导结合综合性护理干预可促进小儿支气管肺炎临床体征的消退,并提高患儿治疗依从性,家属满意度高。

Objective To explore the application effect of childlike induction combined with comprehensive nursing in bronchopneumonia children.Methods Sixty children with bronchopneumonia admitted to Xinyu Maternal and Child Health Care Hospital from January 2021 to March 2022 were selected as the research objects,and were divided into control group and observation group according to random number table method,with 30 cases in each group.The control group was given routine nursing,and the observation group was given children's fun induction combined with comprehensive nursing.The disappearance time of clinical signs,treatment compliance and family satisfaction of the two groups were compared.Results The disappearance time of cough,sputum and pulmonary rura in the observation group was(4.37±1.21),(2.69±0.75),(2.41±0.71)d,respectively,which were shorter than that in the control group(6.85±1.34),(4.55±0.88),(3.89±0.84)d,the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).The treatment compliance rate of observation group was 93.33%,higher than that of control group 70.00%,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The score of family satisfaction in observation group was(91.34±3.48)points,which was higher than that in control group(82.69±3.71)points,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Childlike induction combined with comprehensive nursing can promote the disappearance of clinical signs and improve treatment compliance in bronchopneumonia children,with high family satisfaction.
