多学科协作护理模式对下肢骨折合并糖尿病患者血糖水平及康复效果的影响

Influence of multidisciplinary cooperative nursing mode on blood glucose level and rehabilitation effect of patients with lower limb fracture and diabetes

目的探讨多学科协作护理模式在下肢骨折合并糖尿病患者中的实施效果。方法选取2020年7月至2022年7月深圳市人民医院收治的98例下肢骨折合并糖尿病患者作为研究对象,采用随机数字表法分为对照组(49例)和观察组(49例)。对照组采取常规护理,观察组实施多学科协作护理模式,两组均持续护理至患者出院,并随访观察3个月。比较两组血糖水平、下肢功能、并发症和护理满意度。结果两组护理前血糖水平、下肢功能比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);观察组出院时空腹血糖(FBG)、餐后2 h血糖(PBG)和糖化血红蛋白(HbA1c)均低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组出院3个月简化Fugl-Meyer运动量表下肢功能评分(FMA-L)评分高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组并发症发生率低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组护理满意度高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论多学科协作护理模式能够维持下肢骨折合并糖尿病患者血糖水平稳定,改善患者肢体运动功能,有助于减少并发症发生,从而获得更高的护理满意度。

Objective To explore the effect of multidisciplinary collaborative nursing mode in patients with lower limb fracture and diabetes.Methods Ninety-eight patients with lower limb fracture complicated with diabetes admitted to Shenzhen People's Hospital from July 2020 to July 2022 were selected as the study objects,and were divided into control group(49 cases)and observation group(49 cases)by random number table method.The control group received routine nursing,and the observation group received multidisciplinary collaborative nursing.Both groups continued nursing until the patients were discharged,and follow-up observation was conducted for 3 months.Blood glucose levels,lower limb function,complications and nursing satisfaction were compared between the two groups.Results There was no significant difference in blood glucose level and lower limb function between the two groups before nursing(P>0.05).The fasting blood glucose(FBG),postprandial 2 h blood glucose(PBG)and glycosylated hemoglobin(HbA1c)in the observation group were lower than those in the control group at discharge,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).The Fugl-Meyer exercise scale lower limb function score(FMA-L)in the observation group was higher than that in the control group at 3 months after discharge,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The complication rate of observation group was lower than control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Nursing satisfaction of observation group was higher than control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion The multidisciplinary cooperative nursing mode can maintain the stable blood glucose level of patients with lower limb fracture and diabetes,improve the limb motor function of patients,and help reduce complications.
