摘要
目的探究儿童哮喘IL-13、IL-4、ADRB2及FcER1B基因多态性分析。方法选取40例蒙古族哮喘儿童为观察组,选取同期蒙古族体检健康儿童40名为对照组,比较两组IL-13基因rs20541位点、IL-4基因rs2243250位点、ADRB2基因rs1042713位点、FCER1B基因rs569108位点分布差异。结果两组间的IL-13基因rs20541位点基因型分布和ADRB2基因rs1042713位点基因型分布存在差异(P<0.05);IL-13基因rs20541位点基因型分布和ADRB2基因rs1042713位点基因型分布与蒙古族哮喘儿童疾病严重程度存在正相关。结论蒙古族哮喘儿童及疾病严重程度可能与IL-13基因rs20541位点基因型分布和ADRB2基因rs1042713位点基因型分布存在关联。
Objective To explore the polymorphism analysis of IL-13,IL-4,ADRB2 and FcER1B genes in children with asthma.Method 40 Mongolian asthmatic children were prospectively selected as the observation group,and 40 Mongolian healthy children were selected as the control group.The distribution differences of rs20541 site of IL-13 gene,rs2243250 site of IL-4 gene,rs1042713 site of ADRB2 gene and rs569108 site of FCER1B gene were compared between the observation group and the control group.Results The genotype distribution of IL-13 gene rs20541 and ADRB2 gene rs1042713 were different between the observation group and the control group(P<0.05).The genotype distribution of rs20541 site of IL-13 gene and rs1042713 site of ADRB2 gene were positively correlated with the severity of asthma in Mongolian children.Conclusion The genotype distribution of IL-13 gene rs20541 and ADRB2 gene rs1042713 may be associated with the severity of asthma in Mongolian children.
