本科生的困惑及应对策略——以信息管理与信息系统专业为例

摘要 文章以信息管理与信息系统专业本科生为调研对象,采用问卷调查法,从信管专业学生的现状、学生产生困惑的原因以及对这些困惑的认识与对策等方面进行深入调研,发现有四种因素是大部分信管专业本科生产生困惑的根源,即对理科类课程的学习困惑、对就业因素选择上的困惑、关于人生的思考困惑和专业认同感低,由此提出完善专业认同感教育、加强心理教育与认知教育、重视职业规划教育、掌握教育心理学方面的知识等对策。 This paper takes undergraduates majoring in information management and information system as the re⁃search object,adopts the method of questionnaire survey,conducts in-depth research from the current situation of students majoring in information management and information system,the causes of their confusion,as well as the understanding and countermeasures of these confusion,and finds that there are four factors that are the root causes of most undergraduates majoring in information management and information system.They are the confusion of science courses learning,the confusion of information management students in the choice of employment factors,the confu⁃sion of thinking about life,and the low sense of professional identity caused by a series of professional learning con⁃fusion.It is proposed to pay attention to vocational identity education,strengthen psychological and cognitive educa⁃tion,attach importance to career planning education,and master the knowledge of educational psychology.
