摘要
煤矿智能化发展是煤炭工业高质量发展的核心技术支撑,快掘系统在煤矿企业实现降本增效、落实安全生产中发挥着重要作用。本文通过介绍快掘系统构成,浅谈快掘系统电气传动部分智能改造方案,整合分析当前煤矿企业在快掘系统智能化升级改造中实际应用案例,构思未来快掘系统电气传动智能化改造可能性。
The intelligent development of coal mine is the cornerstone for better clarity and expression for the high-quality development of coal industry.The fast excavation system plays a crucial role in reducing costs and increasing efficiency and implementing safe production in coal mine enterprises.This paper introduces the composition of fast excavation system,discusses the intelligent transformation scheme of electrical drive section of fast excavation system,integrates and analyzes the practical application cases of current coal mine enterprises in the intelligent upgrading and transformation of fast excavation system,and conceives the possibilities of intelligent transformation of electric drive of fast excavation system in the future.
