钻杆是油气田钻井作业中向钻头传递压力和扭矩的重要装备,极易受到应力损伤和腐蚀损伤,钻杆的综合自动化检测维修不可或缺。现有的钻杆检测线依赖人工完成钻杆的识别与分流维修操作,自动化程度较低。本文提出了一种钻杆检测线的智能识别自动分流系统,可以高效地完成钻杆的智能识别与自动分流任务。

Drill pipe is an important equipment that transmits pressure and torque to the drill bit during drlling operations in oil and gas fields.It is highly susceptible to stress damage and corrosion damage,so comprehensive automated inspection and maintenance of drill pipes are indispensable.The existing drill pipe inspection line relies on manual identification and maintenance of drill pipes,with a low degree of automation.This article designs an intelligent recognition and automatic diversion system for drill pipe detection lines,which efficiently completes the tasks of intelligent recognition and automatic diversion of drll pipes.
