摘要
为了系统认识虚拟现实技术在用户体验设计应用研究的全局概况,运用科学知识图谱的方法,涵盖时间、国家/地区、机构和作者的产出情况、研究热点聚类、知识基础以及研究演化等多个方面,对Web of Science数据库1998-2022年间的学术文献进行了分析。结果显示,国际研究里发达国家影响较大,其中高等院校是研究的主要机构;国际研究聚焦于环境(environments)、增强现实(augmented reality)、沉浸感(immersion)等;教育、虚拟环境、用户满意度以及可用性成为近几年国际研究热点;国际研究的关键词聚类可分为#1用户体验(User experience)、#2用户接受度(User acceptance)、#3虚拟环境(Virtual environment)、#4可视化设计(Visual design)4大类。国际研究者未来可关注用户体验环境或服务的设计理念、沉浸式体验、交互设计以及增强现实等方面。
In order to systematically understand the overall situation of the application research of virtual reality technology in user experience design,the method of scientific knowledge graph is used to cover the output of time,country/region,institution and author,research hotspot clustering,knowledge base and research evolution The academic literature in the Web of Science database from 1998 to 2022 was analyzed from various aspects.The results show that developed countries have a greater influence in international research,among which universities are the main research institutions;international research focuses on environments,augmented reality,immersion,etc.;education,virtual environment,user Satisfaction and usability have become international research hotspots in recent years;keyword clustering in international research can be divided into#1 User experience,#2 User acceptance,#3 Virtual environment,#4 Visualization Design four categories.In the future,international researchers can focus on the design concept of user experience environment or service,immersive experience,interaction design,and augmented reality.
