Since 2020,the production capacity and market supply capacity of the tire industry have been reduced due to the COVID-19,raw and auxiliary materials and other impacts.However,in order to meet the existing stable market demand at home and abroad,tire manufacturing enterprises are also urgently adjusting their production capacity.In this process,the existing safety problems,management problems,hidden danger troubleshooting,etc.are gradually exposed due to the influence of people,machines,materials,environment and other aspects.Based on the actual situation of tire production,this article objectively analyzes the problems existing in its safety production management process,and puts forward corresponding suggestions to improve its safety management level,helping tire production enterprises establish a management mechanism to improve market competitiveness and ensure the personal safety of all employees.
