摘要
针对目前人工辅助吊装设备对轮胎进行夹持与搬运的缺点,研制了自动抓胎装置,用于将水平放置的轮胎胎胚自动夹持搬运至输送线上。本抓胎装置包括龙门架结构与抓胎结构,该抓胎装置利用四连杆原理,实现了抓胎装置夹持爪的同步涨缩。该抓胎装置与卸胎装置共用一套移动导轨及链条传动,结构简单,成本低,抓胎过程避免了人工干预,降低了工人的劳动强度,为轮胎从成型到硫化的自动化实现创造了条件。
In response to the shortcomings of manual assisted lifting equipment in clamping and transporting tires,an automatic tire gripping device has been developed to automatically clamp and transport horizontally placed raw tires to the conveyor line.The tire gripping device includes gantry structure and tire gripping structure,the tire gripping device uses the four-link principle to realize the synchronous rise and contraction of the gripping claws for the tire gripping device.This tire gripping device and tire unloading device share a set of moving guide rails and transmission chain,with simple structure and low cost.The tire gripping process avoids manual intervention,reduces the labor intensity of workers,and creates conditions for the automation of tires from molding to curing.
