摘要
根据电磁理论,通过研究废旧橡胶的微波裂解机理,阐述微波裂解废旧橡胶工艺流程,利用微波特性,提出了圆盘结构的裂解设备方案,以微波发射装置采用微波管圆周布置形式,设计了可以进行连续裂解的圆盘式废旧橡胶裂解设备。该裂解设备由进料装置、裂解装置、出料装置和微波发射装置组成。对圆盘式废旧橡胶连续裂解设备进行废旧橡胶的连续化裂解实验,实验结果表明圆盘式废旧橡胶连续裂解设备运行稳定,温升速率快,裂解效率高,裂解产物品质优,达到了预期效果。
Based on electromagnetic theory,this article studies the microwave cracking mechanism of waste rubber,elaborates on the process flow of microwave cracking of waste rubber,and proposes a disc structure cracking equipment scheme based on microwave characteristics.We have designed a disc type waste rubber cracking equipment that can perform continuous cracking using a circular arrangement of microwave tubes.The cracking equipment consists of a feeding device,a cracking device,a discharge device,and a microwave emission device.Continuous cracking experiments were conducted on a disc type waste rubber continuous cracking equipment.The experimental results showed that the equipment operated stably,had a fast temperature rise rate,high cracking efficiency,and high-quality cracking products,achieving the expected results.
