新时代体育领域弘扬尊师重教社会风尚的价值、困境与推进方略——基于党的二十大精神的引领

The Value,Dilemma and Promotion Strategy of Carrying Forward the Social Customs of Respecting Teachers and Valuing Education in the Field of Sports in the New Era——Based on the Guidance of the Spirit of the 20th National Congress of the Communist Party of China

党的二十大报告要求“加强师德师风建设,培养高素质教师队伍,弘扬尊师重教社会风尚”,为新时代教师队伍建设指明了方向。体育教师受尊重和被认可程度较低,体育领域弘扬尊师重教的社会风尚,是落实有关教师队伍建设政策的重要途径、强化体育教师队伍管理的重要抓手、激发体育教师发展内驱力的重要引擎。面对国家政策对体育教师关注较少、应试教育导致体育教师被严重边缘化、长期被污名化导致体育教师背上沉重心理枷锁、体育教师自身素质存在不足等问题和困境,应以党的二十大精神为引领,全方位提升体育教师的综合素养,严格落实体育教师的各项待遇,完善体育教师各类荣誉表彰制度,加强媒体对体育教师的正向宣传,推进体育领域弘扬尊师重教社会风尚。

The Report of the 20th National Congress of the Communist Party of China requires strengthening the construction of teachers’ethics,cultivating high-quality teachers,and promoting the social customs of respecting teachers and valuing education,which points out the direction for the construction of teachers in the new era.Physical education teachers are less respected and recognized.Promoting the social customs of respecting teachers and valuing education in the field of sports is an important way to implement the policy of the construction of teaching staff,an important starting point to strengthen the management of physical education teachers,and an important engine to stimulate the development of physical education teachers.In the face of problems and difficulties such as less attention paid to physical education teachers by national policies,serious marginalization of physical education teachers caused by exam-oriented education,heavy psychological shackles on the back of physical education teachers caused by long-term stigmatization,and insufficient quality of physical education teachers,we should take the spirit of the 20th National Congress of the Communist Party of China as the guide,comprehensively improve the comprehensive quality of physical education teachers,strictly implement the treatment of physical education teachers,improve the various honorary recognition systems of physical education teachers,strengthen the positive publicity of physical education teachers by the media,and promote the social customs of respecting teachers and respecting education in the field of physical education.
