家庭教育指导服务体系赋能家长群体素质提升路径研究--以无锡市青少年家庭为例

A Study on the Pathways of Empowering Parents Through a Family Education Guidance Service System to Enhance their Quality--Taking Wuxi Youth Family as an Example

摘要 立德树人是家庭教育的根本任务,家长素质水平的高低对家庭教育的效果具有深远影响。近年来,无锡市家庭教育指导服务体系不断完善,推动家长群体素质不断提升。调研显示,青少年家庭氛围主基调和谐,但亲子冲突明显增加;家长角色自我认知基本全面,但对职业生涯规划较为忽视;普遍有较强的学习型家庭建设意识,但家庭个体差异较大;家长注重自我提升,但提升渠道有待拓宽。总体而言,家长群体面临“家庭教育理念不科学,亲子关系日益疏离”“终身学习行动滞后,知与行脱节”“有效家庭教育指导缺乏,家长素质提升遭遇瓶颈”等挑战。据此,应从“完善体制机制,厘清责任边界;聚焦小切口,深化家校共育;整合特色资源,实现多元合力”等角度健全家庭教育指导服务体系,推动家长群体素质提升。 Morality education is the fundamental mission of family education.The quality level of parents has a far-reaching impact on the effect of family education.In recent years,Wuxi family ed⁃ucation guidance service system has been continuously improved,resulting in an ongoing enhancement of parental quality.This survey has shown that while the overall atmosphere in adolescent family appeared harmonious,conflicts between parents and children have increased significantly.The self-awareness of parental role was basically comprehensive,but their career planning was neglected.Generally,there was a strong awareness of building a learning-oriented family,but there existed significant differences among individual families.Parents paid attention to self-improvement,but the channels of self-improvement needed to be expanded.In general,parents faced challenges such as"unscientific family education concept and increasingly detachment in parent-child relationship","lagging behind in lifelong learning action and a gap between knowledge and practice",and"lack of effective family education guidance and bottlenecks in improving parental quality".Therefore,we should"improve the institutional mechanism,clarify the boundary of responsibilities,focus on small actions to deepen home-school collaboration,and integrate distinctive resources to achieve multiple forces",to refine the family education guidance service system,so as to promote the enhancement of parental quality.
