摘要
协同教学在高职学前教育专业教学中的应用,对学生专业成长、教师水平提升和课程建设发挥着重要的作用。高职学前教育专业协同教学可采用跨学科协同模式、双师协同模式以及园校合作协同模式。结合某职业学院学前教育专业协同教学的具体实施,对三种模式进行分析探讨,总结实施过程中存在的问题,并从教师个人、学校管理、教学资源三个方面提出解决策略。
The application of collaborative teaching in preschool education program in higher vo⁃cational colleges plays an important role in students'professional growth,teachers'capacity improvement and curriculum construction.In preschool education in higher vocational colleges,collaborative teaching can adopt various modes,including interdisciplinary collaboration,dual-teacher collaboration and kin⁃dergarten-college cooperation.Base on the specific implementation of collaborative teaching in preschool education program in a vocational college,this paper has analyzed and discussed these three modes.It has also summarized the existing problems encountered during the implementation process,and proposed the solution strategies from three aspects:individual teachers,college management and teaching resources.
