新时代打造高质量高校统战干部队伍路径探析--以云南某医科院校为例

An Analysis of the Path to Build High Quality University United Front Cadre Team in the New Time:A Case Study of a Medical College in Yunnan Province

高校统战干部是做好高校统战工作的重要基石,从中国共产党发展壮大的百年经验和当前高校统战工作面临的新情况新挑战,深刻认识到加强高校统战干部队伍建设的重要性。以云南某医科院校为例,剖析当前统战干部队伍存在思想、理论学习培训、干部培养机制等方面的不足,通过探索明确政治身份、突出理论学习、强化调查研究和沟通协调能力,及完善选拔培养机制等路径,培养出政治坚定、业务精通、作风过硬的高质量统战干部队伍,推动高校大统战工作格局的形成。

The united-front cadres in colleges and universities are an important cornerstone of the united front work in colleges and universities.Drawing from the extensive experience of the Communist Party of China’s century-old development and the emerging situations and challenges faced by the united front work in colleges and universities,we deeply understand the importance of strengthening theconstruction of the united front cadres in colleges and universities.Taking a medical university in Yunnan as an example,this paper has analyzed the shortcomings in the current united-front cadres in terms of their ideology,theoretical learning and training,and cadre development mechanism.Through exploringapproaches,such as clarifying political identity,highlighting theoretical learning,strengthening the ability of investigation and research,communication and coordination,and improving the cadres’selection and training mechanism,a team of high-quality united-front cadres with firm political commitment,professionalexpertise and excellent work ethics could be developed.This would further promote the formation of a united-front work pattern in colleges and universities.
