摘要
自国内页岩气大开发以来,页岩井壁稳定问题一直是影响钻井提速增效的重要因素之一,且在水基钻井液作业过程中尤为突出。而阳离子型胺类页岩抑制剂不仅具备与钾离子相似的镶嵌抑制特性,还能利用有机物的多样性获得全方位的页岩抑制效果,逐渐发展成为页岩抑制领域的重点材料。本文简要阐述了包括单阳离子型胺、低聚阳离子型胺和高聚阳离子型胺在内的阳离子型胺类页岩抑制剂的发展现状和作用机理,并指出了未来的发展趋势和研究方向。
Since the development of shale gas in China,the stability of shale wellbore has always been one of the important factors affecting the speed and efficiency of drilling,and it is especially prominent in the operation of water-based drilling fluids.Cationic amine-based shale inhibitors not only have similar mosaic inhibition properties to potassium ions,but also utilize the diversity of organic matter to obtain a full range of shale inhibition effects,and have gradually developed into important materials in the field of shale inhibition.This paper briefly expounds the development status and action mechanism of cationic amine shale inhibitors including monocationic amines,oligocationic amines and high polycationic amines,and points out the future development trends and research directions.
