Experimental study on the advanced treatment of salted organic wastewater in AOP oxidation-membrane system

摘要 本研究取含盐生化尾水,通过AOP氧化,联合UF-RO膜浓缩的组合工艺,考察了臭氧投加量、催化剂投入量、反应时间对COD、色度去除率的影响,不同浓缩倍数下出水水质的情况。结果表明,废水进水流量为25 L/h,臭氧投加量为7 g/h,催化剂加入量为50 L,反应时间2 h,膜浓缩10倍的条件下,连续运行30 d,出水COD<10 mg/L,氨氮<5 mg/L,色度<2倍,含盐量<70 mg/L,满足GB/T 19923—2005《城市污水再生利用工业用水水质》标准,可实现中水回用。 The study is based on the salty biochemical wastewater.Combined with the combined process of UF-RO membrane concentration,investigate the effects of ozone dosage,catalyst input and reaction time on COD and chromaticity removal rates as well as the effluent quality at different concentration times.The results show that the influent flow rate of wastewater is 25 L/h,the dosage of ozone is 7 g/h,the amount of catalyst input is 50 L,the reaction time is 2 h,and the membrane is concentrated by 10 times under the 30 day continuous operation.Effluent COD<10 mg/L,ammonia nitrogen<5 mg/L,chroma<2 times,and salt content<70 mg/L,which meets the standard of GB/T 19923—2005《Industrial Water Quality for Urban Wastewater Recycling and Utilization》,and can realize reclaimed water reuse.
