液化天然气接收站集液池池火灾模拟分析与研究

摘要 液化天然气泄漏易导致甲烷扩散、火灾、爆炸事故。重点对池火灾工况展开讨论,介绍目前液化天然气接收站池火灾研究现状及成果,利用PHAST软件对液化天然气全容储罐设置的集液池池火灾进行模拟分析与研究。探讨不同风速、大气稳定度、环境气温、相对湿度、集液池尺寸、当量直径选取原则对热辐射核算结果的影响。对池火灾热辐射进行模拟计算,得出不同工况下的热辐射值及变化曲线。根据热辐射破坏准则提出热辐射影响防护距离判别方法。为液化天然气接收站集液池池火灾热辐射影响研究提供参考依据。 The leakage of LNG easily leads to methane diffusion,fire and explosion accidents.This paper discusses the working conditions of pool fire and introduces the current research status and achievements of pool fire in LNG terminal.The pool fire of impounding basin set in full containment tank is simulated,analyzed and studied by adopting the PHAST software.The paper studies the influences of different wind speed,atmospheric stability,ambient temperature,relative humidity,the size of impounding basin and the selecting principles of equivalent diameter on the calculation results of thermal radiation.The thermal radiation of pool fire is simulated and calculated,and the thermal radiation flux under different working conditions are obtained.According to the criterion of thermal radiation damage,the discrimination method of thermal radiation influence protection distance is put forward.This provides reference for the study of pool fire radiation effects in the impounding basin of LNG terminal.
