Liu Cixin’s science fiction holds high the banner of the sublimity,makes it free from the bondage of political ideology and returns it to the aesthetic category.The universe,science and technology,and humans are the three cornerstones of Liu Cixin's construction of lofty aesthetics.The three are linked by death anxiety and have complex coupling relationship.Starting from the text,this paper focuses on Liu Cixin’s concept of science fiction creation,draws on the theories of Burke,Kant,Li Zehou,Marx and other thinkers,and reveals the multidimensional characteristics and rich connotation of Liu’s sublime aesthetics.
