城市更新中全景影像监测数据管理与应用

Management and application of panoramic image monitoring data in urban renewal

城市更新是城市治理现代化的一道新命题,是城市增量扩张到城市存量更新转型过程中必须回答好的时代之问。在城市更新攻坚行动中,本文制定城市更新网格管理机制及分布式全景数据入库标准管理办法,依托云原生流程编排的分布式并行计算技术及实景三维与全景影像融合技术,开发城市更新无人机全景影像管理系统,实现无人机全景影像监测数据的“任务下发、数据汇交、标准化入库、自动检测、点位落图、全景展示、融合监测、变化监测”一体服务模式,以城市更新变化监测为抓手,全面直观掌握城市更新攻坚行动中的重点领域、关键环节、重要项目工程的开展进度,有利于创造城市更迭“加速度”,助推城市进化之路快速发展。

Urban renewal is a new proposition of the modernization of urban governance and a question of the times that must be answered in the process of urban transformation from"incremental expansion"to"stock renewal".In the urban renewal campaign,the urban renewal grid management mechanism and the distributed panoramic data warehousing standard management method have been formulated,and the urban renewal Unmanned Aerial Vehicle(UAV)panoramic image management system has been built based on the distributed parallel computing technology of cloud native process arrangement and the integration technology of real scene Three Dimensions(3D)and panoramic images,which realizes the integrated service mode of"task distribution,data collection,standardized warehousing,automatic detection,point location mapping,panorama display,integrated monitoring,and change monitoring"of UAV panoramic image monitoring data.Urban renewal change monitoring has been taken as the starting point to comprehensively and intuitively grasp the progress of key areas,key links,and important projects in urban renewal,which is conducive to creating an"acceleration"of urban change and boosting the rapid development of urban evolution and starting a new journey.
