建设人人有责、人人尽责、人人享有的社会治理共同体是我国完善社会治理体系的核心目标任务。社会治理共同体的提出,集中反映了中国共产党对国家与社会关系认识和实践的深化。新时代新征程建设社会治理共同体,核心和关键在于处理好国家与社会的关系,促进两者关系格局向“强国家-强社会”的均衡协调状态转化;根本的方法论在于促进以国家和社会为核心的各方行动主体共建共治共享,实现事业的共同建设、行动的共同治理以及成果的共同享有。

The core goal for optimizing Chinese social governance system is to build a community of social governance of the people,by the people and for the people.The proposal of the community of social governance reflects the the CPC's further cognition and practice of the state-society relationship.The key to building a community of social governance in the new era lies in how to balance the state-society relationship,to promote a balanced and coordinated transformation of a"strong state-strong society"relationship pattern.The fundamental methodology is to promote all parties centered on state and society,to build the social governance community based on collaboration,participation and common interests by joint construction,joint governance and with shared benefits.
