摘要
U_(3)O_(8)是铀及其合金的主要腐蚀产物之一,且容易从基体表面脱落,从而影响整个部件的使用性能。因此,对U_(3)O_(8)的准确识别是研究铀腐蚀过程的基础。本文简单介绍了U_(3)O_(8)的结构性质,并对其主要的检测技术进行了归纳和总结,包括拉曼光谱、红外吸收光谱、X射线光电子能谱、X射线衍射光谱、表面增强拉曼光谱等,并对不同氧铀比铀氧化物的谱图和影响U_(3)O_(8)谱图的主要因素进行了讨论与分析。
Triuranium octoxide(U_(3)O_(8))is one of the main corrorism products of uranium and its alloys.It is easy to break away from the matrix surface,bringing the adverse effect for the use of uranium.Therefore,it is the basis for the identification of U_(3)O_(8)on the study of the corrorism of uranium and its alloys.Herin,the structure and the charcters of U_(3)O_(8)were introduced briefly,and the main characterizations techniques for U_(3)O_(8)were summarized,including Raman spectroscopy,infrared spectroscopy,X-ray photoelectron spectroscopy,X-ray diffraction,and so on.Meanwhile,the spectrums of uranium oxides with different ratio of O/U and the effects on the spectrums of U_(3)O_(8)were discussed and analyzed.
