加铜提高灰铸铁的耐磨耐蚀和抗菌性能

摘要 使用非自耗真空电弧熔炼炉制备出了添加1.2%~3.6%(质量分数,下同)Cu的合金化灰铸铁,研究了Cu含量对灰铸铁的显微组织、耐磨耐蚀性能和抗菌性能的影响规律。结果表明:随着Cu含量的增加,灰铸铁基体中珠光体的含量大大增加,珠光体片层间距显著降低。其中3.6%Cu灰铸铁的综合性能达到最佳,相较于不含Cu的灰铸铁,其布氏硬度提高了1.48倍,摩擦系数从0.51降低到0.3,磨损失重减少了56%,自腐蚀电位增大到-0.609 V,自腐蚀电流密度减小到6.23×10^(-5)A·cm^(-2)。所有加Cu灰铸铁对于大肠杆菌的抗菌率都大于90%,尤其3.6%Cu灰铸铁的抗菌率达到99.02%,表明制备出的加Cu灰铸铁有很好的抗菌效果。 Alloyed gray cast iron supplemented with 1.2%—3.6%Cu was prepared by non-consumptive vacuum arc melting furnace.The effects of Cu content on microstructure,wear resistance,corrosion resistance and antibacterial properties of gray cast iron were studied.With the increase of Cu content,the pearlite content in gray cast iron matrix increases greatly,and the pearlite lamellar spacing decreases significantly.The fabricated 3.6%Cu gray cast iron owns the best performance,compared with gray cast iron without Cu,its Brinell hardness increases by 1.48 times,friction coefficient decreases from 0.51 to 0.3,wear weight loss decreases by 56%,self-corrosion potential increases to-0.609 V,and self-corrosion current density decreases to 6.23×10^(-5)A·cm^(-2).The antibacterial rate of all gray cast iron with Cu was higher than 90%but 3.6%Cu gray cast iron reached 99.02%in particular,it implies that the prepared Cu gray cast iron had good antibacterial effect.
