AlSi10Mg铝合金激光增材应用技术研究

摘要 激光增材制造(又称激光3D打印)中的选区激光熔化(Selective laser melting,简称SLM)技术,能够实现无裂纹、高致密铝合金复杂结构件的无模成型,相比现行的铸造工艺,在质量品质、成品合格率及生产效率等方面均有较大的潜在技术优势。本工作以铝合金AlSi10Mg粉末为试验材料,对选区激光熔化成型技术中的高致密度、各向异性、热处理等工艺方面的难点问题进行了初步的研究探索,通过对比试验,形成成熟的选区激光熔化成型工艺,并通过打印螺旋桨样件进行试验验证,结果表明,优化的铝合金(AlSi10Mg)选区激光熔化成型工艺能满足复杂结构工业化产品的质量要求,对类似材料的选区激光熔化成型技术有一定的借鉴意义。 Selective Laser Melting(SLM for short)technology in laser additive manufacturing(also known as laser 3D printing)can realize the die less forming of crack-free,high-density aluminum alloy complex structural parts.Compared with the current casting process,it has greater potential technical advantages in quality,qualified rate of finished products and production efficiency.In this paper,the aluminum alloy AlSi10Mg powder material is used as the test base material,and the high density,anisotropy,heat treatment and other process problems in SLM forming technology are preliminarily studied and explored.Through optimization experiments,a mature SLM forming process is formed,which is verified by printing propeller samples.The results show that the optimized aluminum alloy(AlSi10Mg)SLM forming process can meet the quality requirements of industrial products with complex structures,It can be used for reference to SLM forming technology of similar materials.
