混氢燃机用GH3536喷嘴的激光选区熔化制备与显微组织调控

摘要 采用激光选区熔化(SLM)工艺制备了混氢燃机用GH3536合金喷嘴,并利用OM、SM、EBSD及显微硬度等测试方法研究了固溶处理对混氢燃机GH3536喷嘴的显微组织和力学性能的影响。结果表明:喷嘴沉积态显微组织γ相晶粒内部存在大量柱状和胞状结构,经固溶处理后,形成晶粒大小约48μm的等轴晶。沉积态GH3536喷嘴各个区域显微硬度差异不大,但存在明显的力学性能各向异性。相比〈100〉织构,〈110〉织构使得横截面的显微硬度比纵截面高13.8%。固溶处理后,GH3536喷嘴显微硬度与沉积态相比降低约20%,同时GH3536喷嘴力学性能的各向异性也减弱了。 GH3536 nozzles for hydrogen mixer were prepared by laser selected melting(SLM)process,and the effect of solid solution treatment on the microstructure and mechanical properties of GH3536 nozzles for hydrogen mixer was investigated by OM,SM,EBSD and microhardness test methods.The results show that there are a large number of columnar and cellularstructures inside theγphase grains of GH3536 in the deposited state,and after solid solution treatment,equiaxed with a grain size of about 48μm are formed.The differences in the microhardness of the deposited GH3536 nozzle in various regions are not significant,but the obvious anisotropy in the mechanical properties between different section are found in the deposited nozzles.After solid solution treatment,the microhardness of GH3536 nozzle is reduced by about 20%compared to the deposited state,and the anisotropy of mechanical properties of GH3536 nozzle is also weakened.
