实现中国式现代化,离不开金属矿产资源的有力支撑。实施深海矿产资源勘探开发符合中国高质量发展的要求,为我国关键矿产资源安全保供提供了另一种保障途径,对我国部分稀缺金属资源提供了有力的补充。目前,我国正在必须积极参与联合国国际海底协会有关各项各级法规、公约、标准的制定,努力在全新的资源领域盖上“中国印”。
