摘要
为探索菌包冷刺激强度和转潮养菌时长对秀珍菇产量的影响,分别设置不同的冷刺激时长(0.5、3.0、6.0、10.0 h)和转潮养菌时长(6、12、18、24、30 d)进行试验。结果表明,秀珍菇菌包在8~10℃条件下冷刺激维持6 h,转潮养菌24 d为宜,能满足秀珍菇菌包营养积累,实现秀珍菇高产。
In order to explore the effect of cold stimulation intensity of Fungus Pack on the yield of Pleurotus pulmonarius,different cold stimulation time(0.5,3.0,6.0,10.0 h)and time interval between flushes(6,12,18,24,30 d)were set up for experiments.The results indicated that it was suitable to maintain the cold stimulation at 8-10℃for 6 hours and the cultivation for 24 days,which could satisfy the nutrient accumulation conditions of the fungus pack and achieve high yield of P.pulmonarius.
