用于治疗良性气道狭窄的冷冻球囊的设计与实验研究

摘要 该文主要测试用于治疗良性气道狭窄的冷冻球囊在不同的进气压力、载荷及预冷条件下的性能。结果显示,进气压力越高,球囊表面的温度越低,但当进气压力升高到700Psi时,球囊表面的温度降低不显著。采用直接节流的治疗方式,球囊在猪肝中仅能形成1.6mm的冰层;采用先预冷再节流的方式,在600Psi和700Psi进气压力下,猪肝内分别形成3mm和4mm的冰层。 In this paper,the cryoballoon used for the treatment of benign airway stenosis was tested under different inlet pressures,different loads and precooling conditions.The results showed that the temperature of the cryoballoon surface decreased as the intake pressure increased,but the temperature did not decrease significantly at 700Psi.With direct throttling,the cryoballoon could only form 1.6mm ice in pork liver.Using precooling and then throttling,ice sheets of 3mm and 4mm were formed in pork liver at 600Psi and 700Psi inlet pressures.
