基于足底压力对人体平衡能力的定量评估研究进展

Research Progress on Quantitative Assessment of Human Balance Ability Based on Plantar Pressure

目的探索足底压力对人体平衡能力的定量评估研究,寻求行之有效、简单易行、可靠性高的描述人体平衡能力的参数指标。方法基于疾病平衡障碍患者的康复与评估、不同生理状态、不同体育运动,对平衡能力的定量评估研究进行综述。结果梳理得出基于足底压力对人体平衡能力的定量评估研究中参数指标的不同情形,总结并提出了两组参数指标,一是动力学参数指标,二是运动学参数指标,用以定量评估平衡能力。结论基于足底压力的定量评估参数指标在大多数情况下能对人体平衡能力的评价提供依据,从而通过锻炼、治疗等手段进一步改善人体平衡能力,减少人体跌倒损伤风险,并有望为足底压力平衡量化分析和相关医疗器械研制提供一定帮助。

Objective To explore the quantitative evaluation of plantar pressure on balance ability of human body and to find the effective,simple and reliable parameter index for describing balance ability of human body.Methods Research on quantitative evaluation of balance ability based on rehabilitation and evaluation of patients with disease balance disorder,different physiological states and different sports were reviewed.Results Different situations of parameter indexes for quantitative evaluation of plantar pressure on balance ability were sorted out,and two groups of evaluation parameter indexes were summarized and put forward,one is dynamic parameter index,the other is kinematic parameter index,which can be used for quantitative evaluation of balance ability.Conclusion In most cases,the quantitative evaluation parameter index based on plantar pressure can provide a basis for the evaluation of human balance ability,so as to further improve human balance ability and reduce the risk of human fall injury through exercise,treatment and other means,which is expected to provide certain help for the quantitative analysis of plantar pressure balance and the development of related medical instruments.
