某锡铜共生矿磁选除铁试验研究

摘要 某锡铜共生矿,在原有选别流程中,加入磁选除铁作业前后进行小型开路试验和小型闭路试验的对比研究,在原矿Cu品位0.332%的条件下,原流程小型闭路试验获得了精矿铜品位14.91%,作业回收率75.95%。加入磁选除铁后小型闭路试验获得了精矿铜品位14.35%,作业回收率77.92%,在精矿品位相当的情况下,作业回收率提高了1.97%。 For one tin-copper associated ore,the magnetic separation for iron removal operation was added into the original mineral processing flow,the comparative study on its small open-circuit test and small closed-circuit test were carried out,with the condition that the Cu grade in raw ore was 0.332%,it was got the copper concentrate that copper grade was 14.91%,and the recovery rate was 75.95%by the small closed-circuit test.When magnetic separation operation for iron removal was added,the copper concentrate with the copper grade was 14.35%,the recovery rate was 77.92%through the small closed-circuit test,it means when the concentrate grade was the same,the recovery rate was increased by 1.97%.
