摘要
对铜冶炼高砷烟尘进行多段逆流低酸浸出,实现有价金属分向、梯级综合回收,其中铅、铋、锡富集于浸出渣中回收,在浸出液中梯级回收铜、砷、锌。结果表明:探明了高砷烟尘湿法回收工艺过程中有价金属的元素分布情况以及浸出液中有价金属以硫化铜、白砷、硫酸锌形式回收的可行性;通过两段逆流氧化浸出,铜、锌、砷的浸出率分别为:91%、98%、88%。
Multi-stage adverse current weak acid leaching test of high arsenic dust from copper smelting process was carried out,therefore,it is realized the diverted and step comprehensive recovery of valuable metals,lead,bismuth,tin is enriched in leaching slag and recycled,copper,arsenic,zinc in leaching liquor is recycled by stepwise.Results show:it is proven the distribution situation of valuable metals in the wet recovery process of high arsenic dust,and the feasibility that the valuable metals recovery from leaching liquor in form of copper sulfide,white arsenic,zinc sulfate;the leaching rate of copper,zinc,arsenic separately were 91%,98%,88%after two-stages adverse current oxidative leaching.
