摘要
通过湿法作业加入氯化铵以达到除去高钯合质金中的钯和银的目的,研究了静置时间、氯化铵不同加入量、加酸顺序对沉钯效果的影响。结果表明:采用氯化铵沉钯后在不影响金还原率的情况下,杂质钯去除率大于98%;以含钯量在0.026%~0.072%之间的合质金进行实际生产获得成品金锭钯含量≤0.0005%、银含量≤0.0048%。
Ammonium chloride was added into the wet purification process in order to removal of silver and palladium in high palladium crude gold,it is studied the effect of standing time,different addition amount of ammonium chloride,sequence of acid addition on palladium precipitation.Results show:when palladium precipitation of ammonium chloride was carried out,without affecting the gold reduction rate,the removal rate of impurity palladium is more than 98%;when crude gold that palladium content is in the range of 0.026%~0.072%for the actual production,the palladium content in finished gold ingot≤0.0005%,silver content≤0.0048%.
