氟化铝消耗的因素影响分析及应用

摘要 依据电解铝生产过程氟化盐消耗的准入条件及消耗机理,从严控原材料质量、提升集气和净化效率等因素,分析了氟化盐消耗和生产成本、改善环境的关系;生产层面从设定考量因素、设置单槽氟盐、稳定载氟含量等三个方面采取措施,全年氟化铝单耗降低0.64 kg/t·Al,吨铝氟化铝单耗首次低于16 kg/t·Al,降本减排效果明显。 Relationship among fluoride salts consumption,production cost and environment improvement was analyzed according to the access conditions and consumption mechanism of fluoride salts in electrolytic aluminum production process,from the aspect of strict control of raw material quality,improvement of gas gathering,purification efficiency and other factors;the annual unit consumption of aluminum fluoride of the enterprise was decreased by 0.64 kg/t·Al,the unit consumption of per tone aluminum fluoride was lower than 16 kg/t·Al at the first time by adoption of following three aspects,factors setting from the production level,single fluoride salt setting,stabilization of fluoride content,effect of cost reduction and emission reduction is obvious.
