摘要
目的探讨情景模拟式产前教育对妊娠期高血压患者心理状况及疾病认知度的影响。方法选取2020年6月-2021年6月于笔者所在医院接受治疗的86例妊娠期高血压患者为研究对象,采用随机数字表法将其分为对照组和观察组,各43例。对照组采用常规产前教育,观察组在对照组基础上实施情景模拟式产前教育。比较2组患者焦虑、妊娠压力及疾病认知度。结果干预后,观察组焦虑及妊娠压力评分均低于对照组(t=4.460,P<0.001;t=4.875,P<0.001),疾病认知度高于对照组(t=4.520,P<0.001)。结论对妊娠期高血压患者实施情景模拟式产前教育,可以提高患者的疾病认知度,缓解其焦虑情绪,减轻其妊娠压力,值得临床推广应用。
Objective To explore the effect of scenario-simulation prenatal education on psychological status and disease awareness of hypertensive patients during pregnancy.Methods Totally 86 gestational hypertensive patients treated in our hospital between June 2020 amd June 2021 were selected.They were divided into a control group and an observation groups,each of 43,according to a random number table.The control group received routine prenatal education,while the observation group was given scenario-simulation prenatal education.The psychological status and disease awareness of the two groups were compared before and after the intervention.Results After the intervention,the scores of anxiety and pregnancy stress in observation group were significantly lower than that of the control group(t=4.460,P<0.001;t=4.875,P<0.001),while the disease awareness and nursing satisfaction were significantly higher than the latter group(t=4.520,P<0.001).Conclusion The implementation of scenario-simulation prenatal education for hypertensive patients during pregnancy can improve their disease awareness,relieve their anxiety and pregnancy pressure.It′s worthy of clinical application.
