构思-设计-实现-运作教育模式在手术室护生临床教学中的应用效果

The effect of conceive-design-implement-operate education model in clinical teaching of nursing students in operating room

目的探讨构思-设计-实现-运作(conceive-design-implement-operate,CDIO)教育模式在手术室护生临床教学中的应用效果。方法将2022年6月-8月在某三甲医院手术室实习的31名护生设为对照组,将2022年9月-12月在同一医院手术室实习的33名护生设为观察组。对照组采用传统临床护理带教,观察组应用CDIO教育模式进行临床带教。出科前,比较2组护生自主学习能力、批判性思维能力、理论及操作成绩。结果观察组护生理论成绩、操作成绩、自主学习能力、批判性思维能力均好于对照组(t=48.212,P<0.001;t=50.759,P<0.001;t=18.554,P<0.001;t=24.721,P<0.001)。结论应用CDIO理念进行手术室护生临床教学,能提高护生的理论知识水平和实践技能水平,有助于护生自主学习能力、批判性思维能力的提高。

Objective To explore the application effect of conceive-design-implement-operate(CDIO)education model in clinical teaching of interns in operating room.Methods The 31 nursing students who interned in the operating room of a tertiary hospital from June to August 2022 were set as the control group,and another 33 nursing students who practiced in the same operating room from September to December 2022 were set as the observation group.The control group was given traditional clinical nursing teaching,and the observation group was given the CDIO education model for clinical teaching.The independent learning ability,critical thinking ability,theoretical and operational performance of the two groups were compared.Results The scores of theory,clinical operation,autonomous learning ability and critical thinking ability of nursing students in the observation group were higher than those in the control group(t=48.212,P<0.001;t=50.759,P<0.001;t=18.554,P<0.001;t=24.721,P<0.001).Conclusion The teaching method of CDIO concept applied to the teaching of nursing students in operating room can improve the level of theoretical knowledge and practical skills of nursing students,and help to improve the comprehensive ability and innovative ability of nursing students.
