高职护生批判性思维与反刍思维的关联效应研究 被引量:1

摘要 目的研究高职护生批判性思维和反刍思维的现状及关联效应,为提升高职护生身心健康水平提供参考依据。方法采用便利抽样法选取2021年9月-12月某高职院校的452名护生作为调查对象,采用自制一般资料问卷、中文版批判性思维能力测量表和反刍思维量表对其进行调查。结果高职护生批判性思维能力总分为(285.71±22.60)分,反刍思维总分为(44.63±8.37)分。相关性分析显示,二者呈负相关(r=-0.351,P<0.001)。多元逐步回归分析结果显示,在调整了性别、年级和选择护理专业原因的影响后,高职护生批判性思维能力得分与反刍思维的关联存在统计学意义(β=-0.968,P<0.001)。结论高职护生总体具有正性批判性思维,反刍思维处于较高水平,应当重视批判性思维与反刍思维之间的关联效应以及可能引发的负性影响,及时发现并帮助高职护生减少消极思维以及可能引发的职业认知失衡状况,促进其社会适应能力和身心健康的整体提升。 Objective To investigate the status quo and correlation effect of critical thinking and rumination thinking of nursing students in higher vocational colleges,and to provide reference for improving physical and mental health of nursing students in higher vocational colleges.Methods The convenient sampling method was used to select 452 nursing students from a vocational college from September to December 2021 as the survey subjects.The survey tools were self-made general information questionnaire,critical thinking disposition inventory-Chinese verson(CTDI-CV)and ruminative responses scale(RRS).Results The total score of CTDT-CV and RRS was 285.71±22.60 and 44.63±8.37 respectively.They were negatively correlated(r=-0.351,P<0.001).The results of multiple stepwise regression analysis showed that,there was a statistically significant association between critical thinking and rumination thinking among higher vocational nursing students,after adjusting for the influence of grade,gender and the reason for choosing nursing major(β=-0.968,P<0.001).Conclusion Higher vocational nursing students generally have a positive critical thinking,and their rumination thinking is at a higher level.We should pay attention to the correlation between critical thinking and ruminant thinking,timely find and help nursing students to reduce negative thinking and vocational cognitive imbalance,and promote the overall improvement of their social adaptability and physical and mental health.
