从人类命运共同体看中国式乡村教育现代化的未来 被引量:2

The Future of Chinese Rural Education Modernization from the Perspective of a Community of Shared Future for Mankind

摘要 以人类命运共同体思维把握乡村教育现代化进程,关乎教育强国建设的前途。通过包容与共存,回答乡村教育的“存—废”之问:乡村教育要从“消亡论”走向“振兴论”,通过重塑乡村教育具有基本的结构功能意义、教育城镇化进程已经接近发展极限、城乡教育实现公正的治理之道三个认识维度,解决和平赤字挑战,实现“文明包容超越文明对抗”目标。通过尊重与共生,回答乡村教育的“优—劣”之问:乡村教育要从“依附论”走向“自主论”,超越优劣对比,须经历“认识你自己”“公正的旁观者”“陌生化支持”三个层次,解决信任赤字挑战,实现“文明尊重超越文明优越”目标。通过合作与共赢,回答乡村教育的“开—封”之问:乡村教育要从“迷茫论”走向“自信论”,立足实质对话消除隔膜、互利合作实现共赢、真诚交流增强互信三个阶段,解决发展赤字挑战,实现“文明互鉴超越文明隔阂”目标。不共处、不对等、不对话的城乡教育关系,没有最终的受益者,城乡教育应是一个充分容忍多元、尊重多元、欣赏多元的命运共同体。 Grasping the modernization process of rural education based on the thinking of a community of shared future for mankind is related to the future of constructing an education power.Inclusiveness and coexistence are the answer to the question that we should preserve or give up rural education.Rural education should move from“extinction”to“revitalization”.By reshaping the consciousness that rural education has basic structure and function,the process of education urbanization is close to the limit of development,and urban and rural education achieves fair governance,addressing the peace deficit challenge,rural education can achieve the goal that inclusiveness among civilizations surpasses confrontation among civilizations.Respect and symbiosis are the answer to the question whether rural education is good or bad.Rural education should move from“dependency”to“autonomy”and transcend the comparison between advantages and disadvantages.Rural education will go through three stages,“know yourself”,“impartial spectator”and“defamiliarization support”,addressing the trust deficit challenge,so as to achieve the goal that respect among civilizations surpasses superiority among civilizations.Cooperation and win-win are the answer to the question that rural education is open or closed.Rural education should move from“confusion”to“self-confidence”.Rural education is based on the three aspects,substantive dialogue to eliminate barriers,mutually beneficial cooperation to achieve win-win results,and sincere communication to enhance mutual trust,addressing the development deficit challenge,so as to achieve the goal that mutual learning among civilizations surpasses estrangement among civilizations.There is no ultimate beneficiary in the non-coexistence,non-equivalence and non-dialogue relationship between urban and rural education.Urban and rural education will be a community of shared future that fully tolerates diversity,respects diversity and appreciates diversity.
