摘要
科学内涵建设是实现高校高质量发展的基石,教育认证是促进专业学位内涵式发展的重要途径。他山之石可以攻玉,本文深入分析日本专业学位研究生教育认证的缘起,梳理确定“主体、程序、标准、效用”的“四维度”认证制度框架,研究其内涵和相互作用规律,发现其认证制度三大优势,最后结合中国专业学位研究生教育的实际和认证机制建立的困境,提出从认证法律法规构建、认证组织架构建立、认证标准定量定性建构、反馈促进质量治理等四个方面建立和完善我国专业学位研究生教育认证体系的策略。
Scientific connotation construction is the cornerstone to achieve high-quality development of colleges and universities,and educational certification is an important way to promote the connotative development of professional degrees.The stone from other mountains can be used to attack the jade,and analyze the origin of Japanese professional degree graduate education certification in depth;Sort out and determine the“four dimension”certification system framework of“subject,procedure,standard and effectiveness”,study its connotation and interaction rules,and find out its three major advantages of the certification system;Finally,based on the reality of China s professional degree graduate education and the dilemma of the establishment of the certification mechanism,this paper proposes strategies to establish and improve China s professional degree graduate education certification system from four aspects:the construction of certification laws and regulations,the establishment of certification organization structure,the quantitative and qualitative construction of certification standards,and feedback to promote quality governance.
