摘要
当前全球正面临人口老龄化的危机,代际学习作为有效缓解老龄问题、促进积极老龄化的新型学习形式,近年来受到越来越多国家的重视。随着时代的发展,老年人代际学习的内涵发生了新的变化,其对老年人个体以及社会的发展都发挥着重要的功能。老年人代际学习的发生需要主观及客观多方条件的积极协同,世代之间的异质性是学习发生的前提条件,老年人的心智系统为代际学习的发生做好了准备,代际之间的双向互动是代际学习的行为载体,多元共建的学习环境为代际学习的发生提供了支持。
Our world is currently facing the crisis of population aging,and intergenerational learning,as a new form of learning that effectively alleviates the aging problem and promotes active aging,has received the attention of many countries in recent years.With the development of the times,the connotation of intergenerational learning for older adults has changed in new ways,and it plays an important function for the development of both older adults and society.The occurrence of intergenerational learning in older adults requires the positive synergy of multiple subjective and objective conditions.The generation heterogeneity is the precondition for intergenerational learning to occur,the mental system of the elderly is ready for intergenerational learning,the two-way interaction between young and elderly people is the behavioral carrier of intergenerational learning,and the learning environment co-created by multiple subjects provides support for intergenerational learning.
