为了完善高职院校的校园学习氛围,提升高职院校师生的文化素养,需要在高职院校的日常管理过程中进行学习型书香校园建设,借此来提升高职院校立德树人水平,加强教师育人内驱力,拓展学生文化视野。通过分析学习型书香校园构建的具体内涵以及该类校园氛围建构的现实依据,可制定出更具有可行性的学习型书香校园建设优化策略,让高职院校的人才培养贴合时代发展趋向,培养担当民族复兴大任的时代新人。

In order to improve the learning atmosphere on campus and enhance the cultural literacy of teachers and students in vocational colleges,it is necessary to carry out the construction of a learning-oriented scholarly campus in the daily management process of vocational colleges to enhance the level of moral education and talent cultivation in vocational colleges and enrich the internal driving force of teacher education,and expand the cultural perspective of students.By analyzing the specific connotation of the construction of a learning-oriented scholarly campus and the practical basis for the construction of the atmosphere on campus,more feasible optimization strategies can be formulated,so that the talent cultivation in vocational colleges can adapt to the trend of the times and train new people who take on the responsibility of national rejuvenation.
