高等院校与区域协同发展、互动双赢的关系日益受到重视。美国高等院校与区域协同创新发展的历史由来已久,其高等院校与区域协同创新发展的典型案例颇多。除著名研究型大学与大都市的互动案例外,波特兰州立大学和波特兰市是典型的州立高等学校与区域协同发展的案例,对于研究我国省属地方院校与区域、城市协同发展具有一定的借鉴意义。区域协同发展背景下的地方院校应结合区域和城市发展需求,找准定位,探索地方院校与区域协同发展的有效模式。

The synergistic development and interaction between higher education institutions and regions are gaining more and more attention.The United States has a long history of synergistic innovation development between higher education institutions and regions,and there are many typical cases of synergistic innovation development between higher education institutions and regions.In addition to the interaction between famous research universities and metropolitan cities,Portland State University and the city of Portland are typical cases of synergistic development between state institutions of higher education and regions,which has certain significance for studying the synergistic development of provincial local institutions,regions and cities in China.Local colleges and universities in the context of regional synergistic development should take into account the needs of regional and urban development,position themselves accurately,and explore effective model for the synergistic development of local universities with certain regions.
