摘要
“师也者,教之以事,而喻诸德者也”,高师院校的课程思政建设赋予课程具有塑造学生教师信仰、师德品质和人格素养的功能。通过探析高师院校课程思政建设的任务要求,得出实践教学是高师院校课程思政的重要途径。学习团队是高师院校实践教学的重要方式,从学习团队成员的组成、学习团队的情景创建、学习团队的任务设计、学习团队的责任划分和学习团队的评价机制五方面深入剖析在课程思政背景下如何组建高效的学习团队,以求成为高师院校课程思政建设的最佳实践具有重要意义。
“Teachers are taught by things,but the morals are represented by virtues”,the curriculum ideological and political construction of normal colleges endows the curriculum with the function of shaping beliefs,teachers′moral qualities and personality qualities.Through analyzing the construction path of curriculum ideological and political in normal colleges,it is concluded that practical teaching is an important way of curriculum ideological and political in normal colleges,and learning team is an important way of practical teaching in normal colleges.Then,from the composition of the learning team,the situation creation of the learning team,the task design of the learning team,the division of the responsibility of the learning team and the evaluation mechanism of the learning team,the in-depth analysis of how to build an efficient learning team under the background of curriculum ideology and politics.In order to become the best practice of ideological and political construction of curriculum in normal colleges and universities.
