权力感和地位感对大学生道德判断的影响

The Influence of Power Sense and Status Sense on College Students'Moral Judgment

权力和地位作为区分社会阶层等级的两个重要基础影响着许多社会性决策过程。笔者以大学生为研究对象,通过三个行为实验探讨了权力感和地位感的高低对不同事件类型道德判断的影响。结果发现,在抽象的哲学事件中,高权力感会导致道义论的道德判断倾向,而高地位感对道德判断的影响以外部导向为主,更多考虑总体的利益。权力感与地位感存在交互作用,地位感只在低权力感条件下发挥作用,高地位感会在社会压力事件中导致进一步道义论的道德判断。权力感与地位感通过不同的心理机制对道德判断产生影响,在大学生德育过程中需要注意将权力和地位加以区分。

philosophical events,a high sense of power will lead to a deontological moral judgment tendency,while the impact of a high status sense on moral judgments is mainly external individual oriented,and more consideration is given to the overall interests.There was an interaction between the sense of power and the sense of status,the sense of status only worked under the condition of low power sense,and the sense of high status leaded to more deontological moral judgment in social pressure events.The sense of power and status affect moral judgment through different psychological mechanisms.It should gain more attention to distinguishing between power and status during the moral education of college students.
