Research on the Comprehensive Governance of Illegal Business Operations in Drug Circulation Field under the Risk Management Theory

药品安全与民生密切相关,各国均采取了严格的管控措施。当下,我国药品流通领域仍然存在众多违法经营现象,借助风险管理理论对各类违法经营风险进行识别和评估,并进一步进行成因分析,以为风险控制提供强有力的指导。以行政监管与社会监管为主线,建立以外部监管为主的风险控制体系,完善风险预防机制,对于药品流通领域违法经营行为的综合治理具有重要意义。

Drug safety is closely related to people's livelihood,leading countries to implement strict supervision measures.At present,there are still numerous instances of illegal business operations in the drug circulation field in China.By emloying risk management theory to identify and evaluate various illegal business operation risks,and conducting causal analysis,this study aims to provide a strong guidance for risk control.It is of great significance to build a risk control system dominated by external supervision to improve the risk prevention mechanism for the comprehensive governance of illegal business operations in the drug circulation field.
